We build and lease commercial space for manufacturing, shipping and trading companies. We oversee both the development of new buildings and the day-to-day administration of the complex.
Since 2007, we have entrusted the design and construction of our halls to the Swedish company Llentab. Through BTS investments, we develop a building for a specific tenant.
